    TH-M6 3-6-12 zones

    The TH-M6 series offers advanced hot runner temperature control with intuitive operation, regardless of the number of zones. Key functions include synchronous temperature rise, “Slave” mode for linked zones, plastic leak alarm, collective zone management, soft start adjustment, and immediate diagnostics.

    Each unit provides 16 A per zone (3500 W), a wide graphic display with alarm messaging, dual set points, peak absorption reduction, and multi-language support. Designed for reliability, the units are CE certified, protected by circuit breakers, and available in compact sizes for easy integration.

    Optional features: remote connection via RS485 interface and support trolleys for up to three control units.

    TH-M6 24-48 zones

    The TH-M6 24–48 zone units deliver advanced and reliable temperature control for complex hot runner systems. Core features include synchronous temperature rise, “Slave” mode for linked zones, plastic leak alarm, collective zone management, soft start adjustment and real-time diagnostics.

    Each zone provides 16 A (3500 W), supported by a self-ventilated heat sink to ensure consistent performance. The integrated control software offers recipes, automatic testing of heaters and probes, data and alarm logging, a synoptic view with drag & drop, and an undo function.

    The high-performing 10" touch-screen operator terminal features an aluminum front panel and high-resolution display (1024x600). Boards also reduce phase absorption peaks, provide dual set points, multi-language support, and are CE certified with circuit breaker protection.

    Optional features: local or remote monitoring via Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection.

    TH-M6 EVO HP

    The TH-M6 EVO HP is Thermoplay’s most advanced temperature control solution, designed for managing up to 240 zones with maximum precision and flexibility. It integrates functions such as synchronous temperature rise, “Slave” mode for thermally linked zones, plastic leak alarm, collective zone management, soft start adjustment, and comprehensive real-time diagnostics.

    Each zone delivers 16 A (3500 W) simultaneously, with new compact boards (max. 6.3 A per zone) for optimized performance. The system also reduces absorption peaks across three phases, supports dual set points, multi-language operation, and is CE certified with circuit breaker protection.

    The powerful control software includes recipes, automated testing of heaters and probes, process data logging, synoptic drag & drop interface, operation history with undo function, and alarm management. Operators benefit from a 15” wide touch-screen terminal with sturdy cast aluminum structure, front USB, and hardware function keys.

    Optional features: standalone control panel, local network monitoring, and remote technical support via internet.

    Sequential Controller

    Thermoplay’s sequential valve gate control system ensures precise management of pneumatic and hydraulic valve systems, with both automatic and manual control for up to 16 valves. Housed in a mobile shockproof unit with a 7” high-resolution touchscreen, it combines reliability with ease of use.

    Programming functions include differentiated opening, synchronous or non-synchronous closing, and group opening during the packing phase. The system also supports recipe and user management, with USB export/import, synoptic view configuration, and advanced programming diagnostics.

    Technical characteristics: 230 V power supply (50–60 Hz), compact dimensions (390 x 210 x 480 mm).

    Optional features: temperature control of conditioning circuits, line pressure control, temperature/pressure alarms, and time-based logic programming.
